A PRO-LIFE VICTORY!

The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act (H.R. 4965) on Wednesday, July 24 by a wide margin and with bipartisan support.  The bill, sponsored by Congressman Steve Chabot (R-Ohio), passed by a vote of
274-151.

Congress has approved national bans on partial-birth abortion before, but each time the bill was vetoed by President Clinton.

AND A CALL TO ACTION!  WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT MORE THAN EVER!

Now that this commonsense ban has passed the House, we must encourage Senator Tom Daschle to bring the bill before the Senate!

With a pro-life President in the White House, the bill will surely be signed into law - but the bill much reach his desk first!

Senate OK's Partial Birth Abortion Ban!

The Senate voted overwhelmingly ban partial birth abortion, a triumph for LIFE, America, President Bush, the Republicans and Almighty YAHUVEH! The 65-32 vote sent the legislation to the GOP-controlled House, where passage is expected this spring. This hideous procedure is barbaric, butchering a living baby without anesthsia! The bill prohibits doctors from committing an overt act designed to kill a partially delivered fetus. Unfortunately, this legislation has an exemption to save the life of the mother, which is open to wide interpretation. CONTACT your local Representative to vote to BAN the BUTCHERY of LATE TERM ABORTION!
